IGF and cardio?

Will IGF affect cardio? I have been feelin good when doing cardio and my first day on IGF I had a terrible time with it. I felt less than 50% of normal.

I'm not sure if it was in my head or what, but the whole month that I ran IGF I loved it and everything but I did feel kind of sluggish all the time and definitely a little slower getting started on my runs on the treadmill
