Would anyone add some input on whether it would be ok (or just stupid) to use IGF-1 during or after PCT for an 11-week AAS cycle? i'm looking to use 50mcg eod. i'm reallly new to the knowledge of insulin-like growth factor, i'm still reading as much as my brain can handle. i just wanted to know if it's worth it to run it off-cycle

Adding that to my pct was the best thing I ever did, increased strength and size while tapering off the gear....it rocked.

what was the first dosage in which you received decent results?
 
well idk if i should buy 1000mcg's of IGF-1 for my PCT or buy 2000mg of Anavar for my Spring Cutter. i would take IGF-1 50mcg eod if i bought that.

My spring cutter WOUld look like this

Tren Ace 75mg day weeks 1-8 or wks 1-4 and 7-11
Sustanon 750mg/wk wks 1-12
Anavar 60mg day thrown in 5-6 weeks somewhere

what would you do?

50mcg/ eod will probably be a waste of $$$, need 80 mcg/ed
 
I always see so many mixed opinions on IGF. I look forward to starting it tomorrow for myself. I will post my experiences.
 
anyone got some good IGF articles i can read up on..

im real interested in running IGF during and after PCT, ive gained a shit load of muscle this cycle and i really dont want to crash and drop any of it..
 
just to make conversation, who thinks that IGF-1 or anything like it will ever become illegal? Personally, 75% of my judgement says "no" because, from what i know so far, it doesn't cause any... bad things to happen. of course there are some dangers with AAS especially with long-term use, but i dont think the same is with IGF-1

just got some from AG and also some mgf but got questions on mixing: with what and how much? prior advice is telling me 2 different liquids to mix with. any help? I dont want to f@#K this up. Thanks in advanced bros.
 
2ml of aa.....mix with igf....draw with a slin pin then add in some ba to the load slin needle....do not mix is with ba......use the ba to add liquid to the pin
 
Can you shoot sub q in and around belly and love handles? I was planning on splitting my doses just before workout and just before bed.

new studies reveal 3x a week iss much morev benefitial

There is supposedly alot of receptors in the belly for igf and shooting it there can cause intestinal growth, it will also give you pretty good lumps if shot sub-q that take awhile to go down. Last but not least, it dont sting as bad IM from the acedic acid that you mix with it.

You're right. If you plan on running IGF for a long period of time (more than 3-4 weeks) than EOD or even E3D is much better than ED. Prevents receptor downregulation. But for guys using it just during PCT, 4 weeks at 40-60 mcg pwo on workout days is just right.
 
i work out biceps and chest on the same day. suppose i want to use 60mcg/day. do i shoot 15mcg each side of the chest and each side of the bis or is that too little of an amount?

Site injections are not needed with IGF. Just pick a single IM site and pin it. The reason being, post-workout your IGF-1 receptors are up-regulated in the muscles you just worked. Once you inject it, like anything else it is taken up into the bloodstream and circulates through the body. It will arrive at the sites with the most IGF-1 receptors, which will be the muscles you just trained. For me I just alternate quads.

what kind of injection site soreness do you get from igf? more or less than a regular shot of t250

No soreness...its in acid but it's very little. Plus you dilute with sterile water which helps the sting.
 
I love it but this is important:

Take about 30 min PWO because that is when the agents that block igf-1 are lowest and your muscles are primed for it. Otherwise alot will go to your organs and they will grow.

I'm planning to do 60mg/day 30 min. post workout one injection, rotating quad or buttocks. Would I benefit more from daily pokes, EOD, or e3d? How high of carb meals are needed after injection?

You will probably want to go with quads or delts if you plan on using a 1/2" slin pin. The needle would likely be too short for use in the glutes.

On the daily vs eod or e3d, well....it all depends on who's camp your in, there are guys that are positive that each one of those protocols is the only one that works well. On my run that I just fininshed with igf, I used it post pct for 6 weeks at 60mcg 5 days on and 2 days off and gained 6-7 lbs with it and probably lost 5lbs body fat, this was while running 4iu of gh on the same schedule also.

True with igf-1, not true with igf-1lr3. The lr3 part actually prevents the binding protein from stopping the igf-1 from finding all of the available receptors.
I don't know when all of this organ growth and growth gut people keep talking about is supposed to happen. I have gone through 15000 mcgs in the last year and a half (5 cycles) at a 100mcg/day dose and my waist is smaller than when I started. No visable enlargement of my intestines. I wonder how this is possible??

so what is your dosing schedule kachunga?

anyone wanna run through the shot preparation/storage of igf real briefly for those of us who have never used it.. as far as how much AA, and NACL to use.. and the step by step on how to do so

the igf im getting is igf-1lr3.. gonna snag 2 kits.. im probably doing 50-60mcg ED PWO (dont know what time) for 4-6 weeks during pct..just gonna shoot quads and delts.. im hoping this will help me keep most of this newly aquired mass.. thanks bros

i've read that organ growth can happen about 18 months after a high-dosed cycle

Where have you read this? I'm at 18 months and like I said no visable growth.
To answer the previous question I use 100 mcgs ed immediately after my workout. I do this for a month then I take a month off.

i've read it on another board, one just for igf, gh, and something else. i went in and went out. it was a long post.

anyway, it varies from person to person. one dose might be too much for one person, but the same dose might not be enough for another person, so your 100mcg dose one month on, one month off cycles might not be high for your body. it might be just the right amount of igf-1 your body needs to get much benefit.
