Do a search...bring it!! J/K. IGF-1 is used to increase metabolism and increase muscle mass. It works quick. I love it. That's the short of it. Someone should be able to give you the long of it.

40mcg-60mcg per day, split into 2 doses AM and PM

I suggest a bit more research - yes that's required.
