IGF-1, you do it everyday or just on training days?

I am curious about this too. I was thinking of getting this but the more I research about it, the more comfused I get. Who has used it, how much have you used, when have you used it and what were the results? Thanks...
 
I used 40mcg 3 times a week (post training) for 8 weeks, along with 500 test and 400 Deca. Noticeable size/strength gains--moreso than I normally see from test/Deca-Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - alone.

I personally think 80mcg is entirely too high of a dose to start out with.

Not starting w/ that dosage, I've ran IGF a few times before, along w/ MGF too. But before I was doing 60mcg 3-4x/wk, solely on training days. I know MOST say 3-4x/wk post workout. But what I'd like to know is if there is any advantage running it in a 5 day on/ 2 day off pattern like GH or if it's a waste
 
From my understanding of IGF-1 LR-3 is that your receptors can only process so much of it. There is a large amount of receptors in your intestins the more you inject and that isn't used by your receptors in your muscles is used in your intestines. Basically you are increasing your potential for GH gut by using frequently or too much. JMO...
The PWO is said to be the safest dosage and less is supposed to be more.

whats the average prices per 1000mcg.ive seen from 180-325.is that about right?
 
Yep and remember source is more important than price. I would rather pay more for something I know is real than save $50 and get crap.

Ive heard best results are PWO on workout days only.
a great way is MON/WED/FRI,,, HGH PWO,,,20 MINUTES later IGF1
 
after much research and getting feedback from others I've decided to go with eod on it. Everybody seems to say the same thing, it's best PWO and if your muscles dont absorb it the intestine tract will, and GH gut seems easier to get. It's easier to get with IGF-1 anyways, so why take too much and take a chance you know? So eod at 80mcg IGF and 10iu's humulog for 4 wks on, then followed by 4 weeks off the slin and MGF. On my 4 wks off I'll switch to MGF and run it w/ some melatonin 2 and that GHRP-6. Thought about trying some CJC-1295 also. If any of you advanced users on here prefer the GHRP-6 over the CJC-1295 or vice versa I'd like to know. Thanks
