what is a normal dose for IGF-1?
how many times a day do you shoot?
when do you take it?
how do you use it?

is IGF-1, tren ace and test prop a nive cycle? for 10-12 weeks?

30mcgs per injection per side of body in the last muscle worked, bi's, tri's, delt's...
Shot right after work out.
inject with 1/2" slin pin...
Can only use for 40 days than take 20 off.
Do more research!

You said it best,,,the only thing I would change is the dosage,,for me it took larger amounts to work really well 80-100mcg daily.

+1 Agreed. I was doing between 100 - 120/day before I saw any results from it and it got expensive. Tren was better for me than IGF-1R3.
 
I would start lower actually at 20-25mcgs bilaterally for 40-50 total each inject and see how this goes as that is still a shit load more than you can produce naturally and you should be able to see gains with that dose.
 
The reason you were doing so much is the quality probably wasn't good. 30mcg's/side = 60mcg's total, that is a starting point, if you are doing 100+ you are doing to much and/or your stuff is not good! And try not go everyday, EOD is better. You should feel results by third inject and seeing with-in first 2 weeks...

as for dosage, I keep doing 40mcg Sub-Q with good results 30days on and 30 off.
Im starting to realize that either ppl are less sensitive to IGF or the IGF is not 100% pure....cause 100mcg seems like a lot to me...but everybody is different.

Wrong, well for most of us who have used it often. Don't do sub-q the intestines are full of receptors, the slow release theory is that it will go to majority of receptors in the abdomin with the potential for GH gut. Best to go IM in the last muscle worked out IE bi's, tri's, delt's etc immediately post work out. 40 days on 20 days off.

You might be right but I haven't run into that issue so far....but even if you do it IM is still going to end up in the blood stream, there is a debate of how much now. If I were to do 100mcg I would do it IM but 40 I don't feel the need
Did you do it sub-q and had issues or just sayin cause that's what you heard?

Ok, now I get what you are saying I for some reason was thinking 40x2 but duhhh. Why would you do that?
From what I have been told by the know and read, I have never had any problems from IGF I only due IM. GLTY

My thought behind it is to do lower dosage and keep a constant IGF level in the body sort of like HGH. I pretty much seen improvment all over my body...not drastic but I notice it
My protocol is 40mcg ED in the morning.
