So, i got ahold of some real igf-1 lr3. my question is, has anyone on this board taken it?? and if so, how and when, and how much depending on bodyweight. I have read so many differnt theories on when is the best time to take this stuff. The guy i got it from took it immediatly after training. He would go out to his car and inject it in both of his delt. I watched this kid go from squating 405lbs for barley 7 reps, and by the end of his igf-1 cycle he could rep 405lbs on the squat for 20 reps!!!! Any help out there please? I am 6'1" at 230lbs and around 9% bodyfat.
