I am using igf-1lr3 after my shoulder surgery. I am using it JUST FOR HEALING. Do i need to inject sub q or IM? And if IM, where do I inject? The deltoid region? I had labrum surgery.

Inject IM in the injured area.

Yes IM , muscles surrounding area is my guess I did front delts with igf didn't have any problems with shot .

IGF-1 Lr3 does not have localized effects based on the studies out there but I have red a few posts where people have injected it near the injury and it helped with the healing process.

Also, if you reconstitute it properly, you will use AA, and that is acidic enough to destroy local muscle tissue. I recommend injecting it SQ.

I have a post on here where I track my progress from a vastus medialis tear and I used MGF and IGF-1 Lr3 and I healed in record time.

Considering how acetic AA is I would just inject it SQ. The labrum is under a decent slab of muscle. SQ will be sufficient.

I would go IM for that type of use.

Anywhere.

It's systemic. Rotate your injection sites. Pin it IM or SubQ. Either way will work. Good luck healing up.
