Hi I wanted your expert opinion on this.
I'm 5'7" 175 lbs.
bf%, around 18%

What I'm looking for is to put on about 10-15 lbs and lower bf%
I'll eat at least 2 grams of protein per lb of weight.
I workout 4 times a week with weights (very hard), and do very extensive cardio. (Muay Thai Kickboxing 4 times a week for 2 hours) I lost 14 lbs in 3 weeks just doing that.
Sleep 8 hours a day at least.
Take multi-vitamins and other supplements(joint fuel)

This is what I have:
Ttokkyo deca 10 ml 300 mg/ml
Ttokkyo Win 20 ml 100 mg/ml
Proviron 25 mg tabs
Nolvadex 20 mg tabs
Clen .2 mcg tabs
Clomid 50 mg tabs

Couple of questions:
How does this cycle look?
Where should I throw in the Clen for fat loss and anti-catobolic effect?

Actually I didn't want to throw in test because I just wanted to get a few lean lbs of mass (10-12lbs) and cut up and lose the fat.

I want to stay around 180 lbs for Muay Thai Kickboxing.

What about the Clen?
when should I throw in the Clen?

Looks fine to me. I am not a big fan of stimulants like clen and ephedrine. I have taken them before, but I don't like them. Maybe someone else has some input on that. If you are concerned about cutting up though, I would add some t3.
 
If this is a first cycle I would personally keep the deca at 300mgs/wk and start the winny week 3 or 4 at 30-40mgs daily until week 9. You can run the clen in so many different ways and all will be effective. What did you have planned? Also your point of the proviron was for ? if it was deca issues then I would suggest 25mgs daily winny and 250mgs of test.
 
I don't know what your AS history is but I would run the deca for 10 wks at 300mg. I would also run some test along side of it. I'm not sure why your running the proviron. I would run the Winstrol for 6 wks at 50mg/ed.
 
Actually the Proviron was for muscle hardness, water rentention, deca issues, and anti-E. I'm a bit susceptable to gyno so I don't want to take any chances.
The clen I would 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. The only thing is I don't know where to start it and for how long I should stay on.
Should I start at the beginning of the cycle, mid, or toward the end?
What do you think?

Hi bro, wel yes what you got there looks ok, I would have prefered you to have some test in there but hey you got the shit, so get started, I would start the clen, at mid week 3 and then run it 2 weeks on 2 weeks off, at a doese that suits you.
Also you are using the clomid for to long, run clomid for 2 weeks, at 3 tabs first day the 2 tabs for 6 days followed by 7 more days at 1 tab a day.

Ok winstrol will be sufficient for muscle hardness. Water rentention on deca comes mainly via another hormone not estrogen so proviron will help very minimal. Anti Estrogen the above applies here. Proviron will not help you prevent gyno from deca. I do not like deca for this reason and dont normally recommend running it. for this reason I recommended 300mgs. So the proviron will only or may help with deca dick should you develop this symptom

It all depends on how much clen you have
 
Okay, i have 1350 clen tabs. I can also get 500 .02 mcg of T-3 if I want them. Do you think I need them or will the clen be enough?
 
Just try the clen for the moment, see how you respond to that before making things complicated.

1350 tabs of clen is enough to last a year or more :D

2 weeks on 2 weeks off. work your way up to 7 start at 4 or 5 and work up. Try and remain on 7 tabs a day for as much of the 2 weeks as possible. May wish adding calcium and potassium in there as well as a multi vit/mineral. The 2 weeks off perhaps eca. Do not try and add a lot of muscle and drop a lot of body fat at once. Concentrate on one goal and stick with it.
