This guy is full on 100% everything he does. Of course that contributes to why he tends to get injured so much but you get the feeling he doesn't regret it all. Very Cool interview.
One trick I've heard successful and busy people do is to section parts of the day off. So 15 or 30 min partitions. One video I saw had a Saudi Billionaire doing a deal in the lift, another during cardio and so on
