I just got through talking with a guy here at my gym(work) that listed all stuff he's taking. He's wondering why he's not getting bigger-I asked him what he ate yesterday and of course he said "it wasn't a good day yesterday"-so many people are under the false impression that steroids will
make up for a bad diet-if you don't eat enough protein, NO amount of drugs will work-people ask me all the time what I'm taking and I tell them FOOD-they just don't get it!
 
Excellent point!! IMO diet is the single most important factor. AAS aside, people without a proper diet would be amazed how much they can grow by simply eating the right foods. DIET, DIET, AND DIET!!!
 
Very true..i know this guy at the gym thats on Deca, and he told me 2 days ago he was having a shitty workout...then his boy goes to say "he hasnt even eatin all day" WTF...all day..i cant go without food for 2 hours..let alone all day!

so true! i thank the man upstairs i found this board. im eating like an animal, and im growing like one too. food is all u need!
 
sooo tru. people dont understand the importance of diet. as a matter of fact i have to eat my 2pm meal.
 
I have been able to see the difference first hand, the difference in gains when eating correctly and not eating a good diet. I have always had a great diet and relate most of my gains to my diet. Well, I just recently began having stomach issues, I go to see a GI specialist next week to get a bunch of tests done. I have trouble swallowing food right now, something like Ive never experienced before. Because of the trouble swallowing I have lost my appetite. Well, I have still been training my ass off, and everything else is still in check except for the diet, I force down what I can, but its just not enough. I have lost about 6 lbs in 3 weeks, and this is while trying to keep my scale weight the same. My strength has also suffered, not much, but it has. So I can tell you first hand how important diet is and the difference it makes having a good diet.

but they can help, specially post work out.
