Just curious what you think that five pounds consisted of?
If it's muscle, he found the greatest steroid, legal/illegal, the world has ever known -- if it's fat, I'd rather eat Krispy Kreme. :)

hell fucking yea. i was on a 5000cal diet with a bunch of pasta and wasted carbs and shit. hopped on 2lbs of beef and 1lb of chicken as you well know and i'm growing so fast. my body wastes anything that is not lean meat of some sort. ive never seen results like this and i think i'll gain a lot more even when i am off my cycle. I am up near 190, a good 6 lbs ive added in the past month and 15 total on this cycle. man i wish diesel had told me thats all he eats a while ago. you can tell by my new pics its working, i have had only a few metrx shakes and that is it(only if i don't have time to sit and eat) soon as i get home i eat .5 filet of steak and some chicken, i sip gatorade the whole workout and while i'm cooking to make sure to get dextrose and some carbs in while i'm cooking. fuck all the supps nothing beats food, radar used to say its the most anabolic substance there is(food) well steak and beef is the fucking tren of foods then

REST REST REST

and you will

Hello.

Would say a combo of muscle, increase muscular hyrdation, and muscle glycogen.

thanks
That would be pretty remarkable. Over the course of his career it has taken Ronnie Coleman an average of 7 months to add 5 pounds of lean mass using enough steroids to grow 10 members here. But you did it in a week just by using your product. Nice work.

come on man, as hard as you guys push AIFM and the other stuff you've got, and you're breaking omega's balls because of that post.... bit hypocritical i think.

Im looking forward to trying the gcovery and amplify... dont worry ill be posting whether i think its bullshit or not :)

I think its was an "acute bump" in weight that was activated by the Gcovery.
Most likely Gcovery will give users some type of Acute Result, Very much like Creatine does for people the first time they take it.
Rapid weight gain is not uncommon the first time someone is exposed to something they have never taken or not taken in a long time.

And yes it is nice work.....thanks

Im on the beef wagon too now. Actually Im a hunter so Im eating deer/venison. 80 grams of protein per 2 cups of ground. 97% fat free. I get it processed for about a dollar a pound. Tastes pretty good.

Acute bump? Acute result? Um... what would that be?
Just to clarify my point. No human under any circumstances can add 5 pounds of LBM in a week. Or even a month by simply adding an amino acid to their cycle. What you added was water. You had an acute water bump. Your product is great for recovery, but it will NOT add 5 pounds of LBM in a week.

Exactly. Anytime there is a post remotely related to pct, there they are pushing AIFM. I'm using it though.

It (AIFM) works.. and Ulter even said that G-Covery is great for recovery, but to say it's going to add 5 lbs in 3 weeks is simply not true (unless your talking about water).

Then why aren't you ragging on every bro that gets on here and says they added 25lbs in 12wks and retained 18 of it which was "lbm". Are they all liers. I don't think so. They're probably just stretching the truth a little. Something every damn one of us does!

lol, you'll see in most of the posts that everyone tells everyone else that "its probably water, use an AI so you dont get disappointed during PCT." Most people will even say, "i'm up 5-10 pounds of water in the first week of dbol/drol, but its makes me bigger" or something along those lines.

I don't want to argue.. everyone has their opinions and right to voice them: you, me, ulter, omega.. its just that not everyone agrees. :) we're all respectful though -- which, in the end, is all that matters :coffee:

So they are retaining 18lbs of water post cycle? hmmm... thats some wild shit, I guess AAS doesn't work either then, is that what your saying? The best thing the AF store could do is get rid of your arrogant ass. Bro I've forgot more shit than you'll ever know so don't be coming off like you're the all mighty prof of all that is body building!

I'm not even sure what your saying about this 18 lbs of water/muscle whatever post cycle.. and like I said, I'm not here to argue with you -- if you think I'm coming off as arrogant, thats your opinion (though I have no idea how you deduced that from my posts). I've been nothing but nice in my correspondence with you, but now it seems you're going to get all e-tough with me, so I'll just end it here. Take care.

based on my bf scale, which i only use as a relative measuring device, my results show as follows:
8/24
----
163 lbs, 10.5% bf, 64% water

9/14 (this morning)
----
168.5 lbs, 11%, 64.5% water

i know these things aren't the most accurate things in the world, but i believe its been pretty consistent the past few months based on what i see in the mirror and matching with the FatTrack II. also, could be a totally different story by tomorrow's readings....my weight does fluctuate week by week, depending on how much AI i use, water i drink, and cardio i indulge in,etc....

in short, that is showing a 4lb increase in lbm in 3 weeks based on consistent morning measurements. i don't mind anyone telling me that is impossible. it may be. but that is just what is gathered via measurements. my diet is spot on though.

i don't attribute it to any supplement. mainly sleep/rest and diet, which has been 1000 times more strict these past 3 weeks....

Omega didnt one time say "I added 5 lbs of PURE MUSCLE in one week"

He said he added 5lbs, just liek the rest of us post up how much weight they put on in the last week/month/year. He then continued to clarify that it would have been a combo of things just like the first time any of us did creatine...

I think it is a little ridiculous to jump all over his ass because of that one post. Come on man, once again, im calling hypocrite.

Like marv54 said... ANY post that has anything positive to say , or is a question about an AF product, you guys bump the shit out of it for months... Give omega a little space would ya?

(however, can i say i started GABA about 3 weeks ago @ ~4g's before bed though without getting flamed?)

Please re-read my intitial comment.
I said over 3 weeks and thats WITH creatine and increase protien intake.

Thankyou for the compliment on the product.

Beef is a better source of protien than chicken. People just stick with chicken because its lower in fat.

Except with wild game you are missing all the nice steroids our farmers use to make our animals grow bigger. LOL!

Water weighs 62.4 lbs per cubic foot. It would not be hard to gain water weight very fast. I do agree with you and the others who say the bashing of the other products should stop. Pretty uncool not very professional.

Red meat is the staple of my diet. I eat a half pound a day and when cutting and when I'm off, a pound a day when I'm bulking. I can't even look at chicken or tuna without gagging anymore, the stuff makes me naucious. But I can eat a lb. of steak or lean ground beef a day and never get sick of it.

thanks for all the resposnses guys...
today i will eat over a lb. of beef...
eating a lb. of beef a day imo is better for me... in terms of lean muscle gains... than doing 300mg test p and eating fish and chicken...
im about 2 months post cycle... holding little-to-no watter... feeling stronger and slightly creeping up the scale...
