If you were under investigation would you order 1,4 BDO from "A"

just wondering. I was ? about a pack that contained sch 4 drugs (under $15 worth) I want to get some 1,4 BDO from Animal. It will be going to a different address under a different name. I was just questioned a few days ago. Would this be safe? Supposedly 1,4 is legal.
 
do your ordering from a different PC and a different e-mail that is not set up from your own PC. Lean on the cautious side

I got in trouble for En-Liven(1,4 BDO) and MDMA BOTH were class A!!!!!

it cant be class 1 class one is pot/heroine etc if you caught with that u will almost def get jail time and everythign a sells is legal the dhea busted into his house and checked him out then released him because he wasnt breaking the law

Yes the things he sells are technically legal. Just like Sudafed is technically legal but if you get caught processing it into crank you get 25 mand. It is all up to your local PD's and DA's interpretation of what you possessed said chemical for. If the man wants to fuck you he will bend you over no matter where you are at. There are all kinds of gray areas in the law my friend but even those gray areas can turn black really quickly on you.

Ir0n PhReAk: you are crazy to even ponder this if you are under invest. of a crime or alleged crime. You will not only fuck yourself over but "A" as well. Do yourself, "A", and the rest of us a favor and sit tight.

OK- Weed is a class D(only class A in AZ) and if you do a little searching on the web,you will find that GHB and ALL its analogs and precursors are controlled 1 ...damn,check the DEA webpage!! Its got it on there!!

sorry 1mistake, 1,4 is not illegal to possess, niether is gamma butrylactone(GBL) although some states have their own laws on its possession. GBL is labeled as a "watched" chemical meaning you must register to purchase it in any quantity. Believe me, i have been in my share of trouble over GHB. I know this compound inside and out. Shit, 1,4 is basically a useless substance if you are comparing it to real GHB.
 
Lots of different opinions here. I did think GBL is now controlled. I know of "A's" situation and he got off b/c it was legal. I think there may be one state that 1,4 is controlled. What state do you live in 1Mistake?

all of his kits are legal and heb woudlnt get in trouble for gbl because hes a animal chemist and on his list its states disclaimers all over the place
 
CONTROLLED AND SCHEDULED ARE DIFFERENT THINGS.

controlled= restrictions on sale.. which typically involves paperwork.. for gbl... this is apparantly strictly enforced.

scheduled= illegal for use as a drug... if use, sale or transfer is consistent with that of a drug..BAD...


HOWEVER, 1,4 IS LEGAL FOR USE AS A CLEANER... which is why having enliven.. which is for DESIGNED AND LABELED for consumption is illegal.. however you should have been grandfathered.. if you went to court and had a decent lawyer.. :(


CA is very strict in its enforcement..

ghb, gbl and 1,4 USED ILLEGALLY IS A SCHEDULE 1 OFFENSE HERE.. check your state statute..
 
I got ya Macro. So even though I am in some possible trouble if it is labeld as a cleaner, which it is, I should have no problems. What sucks is it will be coming through the same distrubution center. I'll definatly go priority on this one. Express seems more troublesome and sometimes you have to sign regardless of a waiver.

I am pretty sure that they are all (federally) controlled.. not scheduled.. though GHB itsel,f I believe, is scheduled (might be schedule I).. though if you were to go to federal court it would be treated as schedule III as it has been approved for use to treat narcolepsy.

and it does entirely matter what you do with it.....
 
Well, I'm really confused now. I think Macro is right but I need to know for sure.

As to what I'm under investigation for, it's for a package mailed to me last week that was intercepted before I picked it up. It contained under $15 worth of a sch 4 substance.

I just wanna know if they could do anything to me if they get this pack. I will be having it sent to a different addy and to a different name.
 
1,4 is illegal to ingest, but not illegal to posses. It is used as a cleaner and many ink jet cleaning cartridges contain 1,4. GHB is illegal. I think it all sucks though. I don't like the buzz.
 
Okay, so 1,4 BDO is legal to buy and possess as long as it is not packaged for human consumption. So if I buy some and somehow it is intercepted b/c I am under investigation, is there ANYTHING they can do, ANY precautions I need to take? I don't want them to even be able to ? me again. My guy usually sends it with an "oven cleaner" label on it, and I will open a new email addy before ordering. If they intercept this I bet they would think it was "G" and could probably hold me until they get it tested which could take days. Is that true? That would at the least make me lose my job.

any precursor to ghb is illegal. furanone-dehydro was the last to be banned, blue nitro ect.. the only thing that I have found comes from europe or china bottled as cd. cleaner, latex lubricent.. not for human cousumption

This is entirly not true, GBL and 1,4BDO are two different chemicals.

1,4 BDO IS legal if sold as a cleaner. All you people that are saying it is illegal to be sold as a cleaner, POST SOME DAMN LINKS backing this up b/c that is total bs.
 
why can't you just go out and buy some beer. it will make you fall asleep eventually and will give you a buzz just like 1,4.

I have drank alcohol before. So I know it's effects.
