counterfeiters may be assholes, but they're not stupid.
they take a legit amp and pretty much copy it to the best of their capabilities.

so if you suspect a product to be fake, the only real way to detect is by seeing a full detailed picture.

make sure to take pics of the front, back and sides of the product in question.

I agree, but most cameras can't take good shots of things like amps. I know I have a 5.0mb pix digi cam, and all the pic comes out blurry.

Use a tripod with no flash under decent lighting. Should do the trick. Use a table or a stack of books if you dont have a tripod.
