Sorry for the length, my brothas, but I knew I'd get the background questions first so I tried to cover that stuff. Thanks for your input.

Been training long enough to know what I am doing, but not so long that I can't ALWAYS learn new principles that will improve my approach...
Diet is just okay...its hard as hell to eat the way we all know we should...it takes a lot of planning and its a pain to keep eating all the time so I supp with shakes & meal replacement bars...for the life of me, I f-ing hate eating whole grains!!! I'll keep working on improving my diet though b/c I am pretty certain that diet is what separates the pretenders from the contenders...most of us know how to work hard in the gym (some of us work way too hard)...so diet & rest is gotta be the real difference-maker.
Anyway, I digress. Here what I might have in the pantry (for the sake of academic/hypothetical discussion):
40ml Test Enanth @ 250
40ml Deca @ 200
500 D-bol @ 10
150 Winny @ 10
I realize that I prolly have enough D-Bol to kill a horse...
Also have HCG and A-dex (still not settled on the best way to use the dex...seems to be a difference of opinion out there- some say “as needed” - whatever that means, others say ED or EOD).
There also seems to be a difference of opinion with respect to HCG, but I am kinda settled right now on 200 two days b/f test shot and 200 day b/f test shot...tend to agree with the view that "its better to keep the horse in the barn than to try to chase it down after its already gone out the door.")
Okay that stuff out of the way. I was thinking along these lines (identical to my last cycle):
500 test/EW--(split into two shots?? maybe. If so I guess I would shoot the HCG the day b/f each test shot so would still be taking same amount of HCG/week). I'd love to hear that I should "listen to my body" with respect to HCG and Dex so I can save on that stuff, but not sure that I know enough to “listen to my body;”
400 deca/EW -- (same question as above re frequency; split into 2x/week?)
30 mgs D-bol ED first 6 weeks (considering instead using the 4 weeks on/four weeks off w/ blood test every sixth week approach...Big A's suggestion out there somewhere);
Not sure how long I want to run this program, leaning towards the longer side;
Last cycle was identical (test/deca/d-bol). No sides whatsoever…felt better than I have in a long, long time!
I have never run winny, so not sure how best to work it in or how I will respond…not prone to MPB but don’t really want to lose any hair. On its face, its obvious that I have two identical test/deca/d-bol cyles (the old stand-by cycle) or one really long one; and then maybe a third that is more of a cutter using the winny with test or some other compound that I don’t have yet.
I am considering going the TRT route also (my test was really low even b/f I jumped back on the train). If I decide to go that route, I’ll be less concerned about HPTA recovery & more inclined to go long with the bulker.
Advice, comments?
