if you had the chance to ask a top level powerlifter or strongman a question, what would it be?

I'd ask what their favorite event/lift was... if I couldn't spit that out I'd ask:

What advice they would give a young person looking towards competitions years down the road?

EDIT: forgot the why part:

Why I would ask those questions...because IMO diet is probably just to eat, training is training for an event and progressing at it, ect... so I would go for the advice type questions as they would have much more wisdom and experience in the matter :)

Re: if you had the chance to ask a top level powerlifter or strongman a question, wha

I'd ask, like someone said before, the diet they were using. Or how they built up a good core to start lifting. How they learned all the form, did they just jump in or take a week or two before a program to perfect the form for lifts. Or what would be a good way to build a core up for Cleans and such.

Or, just as a joke. "So like, was your dad a frigen Water Buffalo or something?"

#1. What their diet comprised of when they were young.
#2. What their diet coprises of now.
#3. What compounds (legal and illegal) if any that they are on.
#4. How many fights the've been in and what were the outcomes etc...
#5. Their ethnic/racial background & geneological/genetic background
#6. If they would attempt to "Run with the Bulls" in Spain.
#7. If they would engage in a metador fight with a ferocious bull.

I could think of more but I think the above would suffice.

I would ask them if they are open for new ideas concerning their training and diet.

if it were a powerlifter, i'm not sure what i'd ask other then diet/training. however if it's a strongman i'd especially be curious about if and how they add in regular powerlifting exercises into their training. diet and cycles too would be really important because the strongman training is just so brutal... and for the same reason, i'd ask what would constitute overtraining for them.
