If you had $250 what EAS supplements would you get?

Did u do the BFL and they came through with the $250? I feel like an ass for not sending in those forms now.

I would get like 4 boxes of the 42 pack chocolate myoplex. People usually give good marks to their Phosphagen creatine too.

IMO all the other supplements are bunk

Yea, I did the BFL. They came through - and apparently too many other people came through, too. The prize for the next quarter is only $150. I'll probably do that, too.

I can get the Myoplex really cheap. I'd prefer to get something that normally isn't discounted, and is rather expensive anyway (you have to redeem the $250 by ordering at retail prices direct from EAS).

So you recommend the Phosphagen? Cool - I'm almost done with my current stash of creatine. What about the Ecdymax product? The ads are pretty good, lol.

I'm about to start a creatine/HMB stack after reading a couple positive study reports. That and some meal replacements would be my recommendation.

I have used the Ecdymax. It gave me a headache at the two-a-day dosage. I did not gain muscle mass from using it. More of a waste than anything else. I spoke with an EAS rep recently and he said that the Ecdymax will be reformulated soon.

Synthevol II HP is the best creatine I have ever used. In reality, basic pharmaceutical grade creatine does the job at 25% of the cost, but I did notice a quick onset of the effects of creatine from using the Synthevol, much quicker and more apparent than when I have used basic creatine.

If you feel as though you have a need for a product that will help with muscle recovery, you can try the EAS HMB or a combination of the HMB with creatine called Betagen.

I hear, have never tried, that HMB is useless unless megadosed to the point where its ridiculously expensive.
