Does the rock throwing occur before or after the cow tipping?

I am insulted cow tipping is cruel and just plain wrong . And furtherly it will occur only after the rock has been properly thrown (meaning we are too drunk to do it without serious health risks) Then the cows are in for it

Yeah the UHA is what I am planning to do at the Longs Peak Scottish/Irish highland festivel in september. It is held in Estes park Colorado and has been going on for 20 or so years. I plan on finally making it to compete this year. You should come up for that it is one hell of a time. My avatar picture is me drinking a guiness up there the thing to my right is the guiness trailor. MMMMMMMMMM Guiness.
