S Swolenpecs New member Jun 27, 2003 #3 Deca/winny maybe alittle test, but...NCAA would definitely get me with Deca in my system for a year+. 250g of good protien/day vitamins/proper nutrients Good cpl months of solid workout before cycle Someone to push me with speed work and cardio. basically stuff i could easily do with cpl hundred more bucks...
