Took the words out of my mouth,a wolverine.Pound for pound,the most ferocious animal on the planet.Nothing but huge fangs and razor like daggers for claws with an unbelieve amount of power and speed to back them up.It's bite snaps bones like twigs,and its claws slash chunks of flesh out of its rivals.A single wolverine can run right into the middle and clear out a PACK of wolves and have them all running off yelping in pain with their tails tucked between their legs.A truly feared,respected creature who despite its smaller stature,sits high atop the food chain.
i'd like to be something thats nervous system is hardwired to be content & pain free all the time. I don't know if there is an animal like that though. If there is, i choose that. That would kick ass; enjoy life, no pain, then dying.
Actually pound for pound the Fossa is the most successfull predator known to man. Look into it. It has no rival in madagascar. It owns the forrest! Eats Lemurs!
