If your down with the flu, sick, sneezing, coching, would you take a few days from the gym till you recover? Just curious.
 
but, if you can make it to the gym try to get in there and sweat a little bit of it out...I don't know about everybody else, but with me if I get sick then start to feel a little bit better, if I can get in the gym I seem to get better a lot faster....
 
I've been down since Monday. Didn't feel good then went in had a really weak lift and felt worse after. I'm feeling better but not 100% but will give it a go tomorrow.
