Thanks for realizing that just because you're new, you're not always an idiot.

I've never geared up but have been working out steadily for about 2 years, off and on my whole life. I've been researching this for the past 6 months, mostly stuff I've gotten off the web. This is the first time I've found (or maybe just clicked onto) this site and am very happy to find a peer group.

Anyway, I'll keep reading and learning and try not to post retard newbie questions.
