if with 1800 calories .. question

im with 1800 calories on lifting days and im loosing arround 3 lbs every 2 weeks, im thinking to throw in a week of bulking for not adapt my body to the low calorie. What would be a good calorie intake for a bulking phase ?
 
make it more frequent and use it! might i suggest a realistic refeed/carb UP on the day prior to leg day?

Dan Duchaine in Body Opus (admittedly CKD, but the theory still applies...) used to have us carb up slowly, every two hours, over the course of a day and a half then do the two heaviest lifting days RIGHT AFTER THAT, then spend the rest of the week doing maintaince lifts or none at all and just cardio.

Worked wonders for many folks. Try it. Adapt it. Kill it.
