You forget that it cost over $25,000 each for at least two pilots to be trained in Florida. They were trained in our OWN COUNTRY by our OWN PEOPLE! Rediculous! Terrorist acts do cost substantial amounts of money to execute. There is the thousands of dollars in training each terroist. Bin Laden's organizations have many terrorist camps where they recruit and train their operatives. It takes thousands of dollars to support, house, feed, etc. their operatives around the world and here in the U.S.
The point is: Bin Laden's fortunes, alone, are not financing this sophisticated terroist network. Middle Eastern countries also spend millions of dollars in support of these networks. Even our supposed allies such as Saudi Arabia and Egypt lend financial support. The millions of dollars needed to support such an extensive network does not come solely from Bin Laden's coffers. Even if Bin Laden were to be executed, another leader would emerge who could count on the support of Muslim governments to finance him.

This is a grim subject but LOL, "never practiced landing..."

Maybe the whole thing was a shot in the dark and not so expensive strike. If they really used weapons like it was described it could have happened anywhere... the security precautions are pretty ridiculous. When you go through the metal detector you can put all kinds of shit to the tray beside the detector. They should stop having hand luggage on plane altogether.
