Actually, I will say that they will probably torture him. I'm not saying it's the right thing to do. If we caught him we would make him uncomfortable in a humane way to try and make him talk. I think the Pakistanis might cut his weiner off.

They don't need to torture him to obtain the information. Provided they can actually capture him alive.
pakistani's may go for the brutality method, we'll probably be more psychological about it
which is good....lets just hope they dont try and change legislation so they can use sodium pentathol on anyone (they proposed that one very soon after 9-11 if i remember right)

They could use it on him to obtain all kinds of information from him. Even if it's brought to like, who is really going to care and who is going to be prosecuted for it? Imagine trying to bring that to a judge and jury in the US.
