idiots guide to sunbed tanning

ok mofos, I wanna go tanning and at my new gym the capsules are right there in the changing room, so I figure why not, do I need any products? if so which ones? how long do I do it for and how often (I am olive skinned and they are stand up beds), do I need goggles?

I live in Texas we just go to the lake or go fishing, no need beds. They have XXXXL beds in UK?

hydrate your skin to accellerate tanning. dont worry about those expensive lotions, have a hot shower tehn put on oil. for olive skin 20 minutes is fine on a normal bed. do it twice a week for the first week, three times a week on the second and see how it goes from there. if youre really olive skinned youll be niggerfied by week 3

i used to own a bed....actually technically i still do...wonder if i can get the bloody thing here...
