ideas on how i can take my winny and var

if all you have is winny and var, then i would hold off until you can get some test. i'm assuming your 50mg tabs are bd?? what are your goals, bulk, cut , strength?? sounds like your just shooting for strength. i would add in test prop eod.
set it up like this....
prop-100mg eod.
winny-50mg ed
var-15-20mg ed
i hope you have enough var, that shit is expensive. the guy i go through, when you first look at the price, your like "well damn, thats cheap" but when you add up what you need, your like "well shit, thats fuckin high". but var is never cheap anyway, good luck bro

2.5mg US var?!? Nice, I'm impressed.
With just the winny and var, I take 50mg winny and 20mg var for 10 weeks, spliting the dose into two times a day. Take it with creatine and grapefruit juice to try to squeeze all you can out of those orals. Good luck.
