I'd to love to hear about your gains

On your first cycle. What did you use? What you weighed before, what you weighed after. How much your lifts went up. If you dieted properly and if you leaned out, etc...

I know results vary from person to person and that's why i'd love to hear about it.
 
Chris it just depends on your diet and how hard you are prepaired to push yourself in the gym.

A simple example on a nice basic first time cycle is that some folks can run beastdrol for 4 weeks and gain 10-15 lbs....another guy can gain twice that at the same dose.

What cycle have you got in mind ? post your stats too...
 
means nothing in the long term. you have guys who gain 30 pounds who were severely below their genetic potential, and you have guys who gain 4 pounds.

my last tren cycle I did not gain but a few pounds net. but my before and after pics were impressive. scales mean nothing.

anyone can stack deca/dbol/test at large dosages and gain a ton of water weight, but who wants a moon face?
 
A lot of things come into perspective but since this is the AAS board i will post my cycle.

600mg/ew Test Cyp for 15 weeks
800mg/ew Masteron for 18 weeks

I have gained 13lbs. Best cycle yet for me

started at 230, at 242 now.
 
I believe your first cycle is your best, I ran German Dbol back then we called them lugwigs they were blue an about this size o, 5 mgs each,potent as hell, 100 in a bottle, My bench went up from 185 to 315 and my squat went from 200 to 425,the bet part i got the look i wanted ,Small waist, Broad arms and shoulders,and some nice legs to boot, I gained 26 lbs and kept close to 23. I was 30 when i started further proof what a solid foundation does for you.

Now that's a great experience!

The plan, but not written in stone, is 500mg of Test E 1-12 with Arimidex .5mg EOD. Then Noladex 2 weeks before last injection of Test E.

Currently I am 5'7" 165lbs. But I do fluctuate to 170lbs often.
Squat: 315 x 12 Low bar and always below parallel
Deadlift: 380, 390, and 400lbs for 5s with 90 seconds in between. Conventional, never done sumo.
Bench: 200 5x5 with 60 seconds in between. Just below the nipples, no bounce. Very little leg drive, back never leaves bench. Very strict.

I'd love to bench 3 bills. I singled 245lbs a couple months back. I haven't maxed out on anything else really. My original goals were a 400lbs squat and a 450lbs deadlift. I'd love to hit those numbers in 3 months.

Gaining weight would be nice but definitely not necessary. I definitely don't mind being 165lbs and being able to do the weight I just mentioned. I figured i'd be a lot more ripped if my lifts went up like that and stayed around 165-170lbs
 
Man I did a cycle with parabolan and winstrol and got better gains than I ever did with Testosterone and Deca.
