Icon Picture for Posts

Was curious, I put a picture up on here under my edit profile picture and linked it off a folder from my hard drive and it showed up at top. I am unable to see it in my posts and replys.

Am I doing something different or just not able to see it.

If non of you can see it can you give some advise on how to get it up under my handle.
