ICN is an International Council of Nurses.

along with being a council of nurses, its a relatively new product, its 250mg of pure human grade enanthate, the best quality test out there in my book, and its overfilled, about 1.2cc's. Good domestic for user quantity is probably 9 or 10 bucks a pop, can be bought by the 100's for around 5 bucks overseas.

Its a human grade test enanthate. They run about $10 domestic and $5 international. Good stuff bro.

I'll second that, before I started sawing them off with am elctric saw, I broke 3 of them using the pen cap method.
