They targeted the world trade center, symbolic of Capitalism.
So blow up their friggin Dome of the Rock symbol of Islam.

An individual trial will just make them look like martyrs dying for their cause, and strengthen their beliefs that we are the enemies, which may put the US at consistent risk for more attacks. We need to show not only the terrorists that we don't fck around, but the countries or country that fails to prevent this sort of attack or fails to assist countries in bringing terrorists to justice. They don't think or act like we don't, so trying to apply our system of justice to this sort of heinous act is just plain ridiculous considering the circumstances. The only judgement they should see is on their way to hell.
