He pops in every now and then. To be honest, most of the dude's posts made me want to swallow a bullet, until I started laughing with/at him and then he became pretty damn funny in a very unfunny way. Plus, I may have hated his posts, but at least most were very interesting and entertaining, unlike some people that post now and just waste bandwith.

Ive said hello a few times on Yahoo. He is a good guy, and knows his shit when it comes to gear and training.
He took a lot of crap from assholes who were jealous of his familairity with some of the female posters. Thos that dont complain.

Hey guys. I am not huge. About 230 with 18" arms right now. Only training about once a week these days, on 300 mg of eq once a week. Will put some size back on later. Slightly smaller than my avatar pic at this point, but not as big as I had gotten. My diet is pretty clean, and I am on my feet much of the day.
I am working 50 hours a week, playing world of warcraft a lot, prepairing for our (bbf and annabelletx) wedding. Hanging out with the Scandalous Street Racing club. I'm also working on an 1100 horsepower, street legal 1995 mustang daily driven car. Its going to be a sleeper. Will take me a year or so to complete.
How are all of you doing these days?

If you want to race, you should start with a foundation intended to be used for racing. Its basicallylike genetics in bodybuilding. The difference is, you pick out your basic genetics at the store. Would you rather have Ronnie Coleman's genetics to start with, or would you rather have Bill Gates's genetics? If your goal is to start a successful company go for Bill Gates, but don't try to step on stage at the olympia... you'll be disapointed.

BBF and I kissed and made up Smurfy. He ain't all bad and the dude REALLY knows his shit when it comes to diet and gear. He is also pretty funny at times to the anywho is a classic BBF line always makes me smile when I read it. Glad to see your doing well
