As long as the keys are inside the car you can. When I need to sleep one off in my car, I put em on top of one of the tires.

I have to say "think" because I am uncertain in the ways of the MO.

As a matter of fact, I've upped my safety factor another 10% (to 20% total) -- so I'm str8 + 1.6 = str9.6 now. You never can be too safe when it comes to teh MO.
