He is a looney monkey. I heard his radio show and thought he was a nut. I saw his show really briefly and thought it was a total joke.
I recall that he often uses a methodology that goes by the name either technical or historical analysis. There is a lot of this on TV business news shows.
It is analagous to turning your television to a dead channel and trying to devine patterns in the static signal.
First and foremost he is a showman - and his advice is free. You get what you pay for. He is giving away supposidly what is most valuable asset - information.
