I WILL BE MAKING AND USING FINA FOR 1st TIME

I have been unable to work out for about 1 month. I have also gained a lot of fat (I dont look fat with clothes but I have a gut and love handles now again -- my 34" waist pants are snug.) I have a 4g kit and the pellets of Fina. I was thinking about picking up 500x5mg Ox. Maybe some deca too. Would you lose the fat first and train natural for a while to get back in shape and then take the juice? Or would you start right back up with Fina and something else to make gains while the fat is still a problem? Or would you cut up with an anabolic like Deca and/or Ox and throw in the Fina when the fat is gone after, say, 6 weeks?

I don't want to waste the Fina. I don't want to waste anything for that matter. Any help?
 
What's your bodyfat percentage? That makes all the difference.

As for the most beneficial way to train, if you're adding Deca, you need to eat a lot and will gain BF again anyhow.....so I'd save the Fina for the last 6 to 7 weeks of the cycle and cut, cut, cut during that time.

I don't know my bf %. In July I was 195 lbs and cut at 5'11". Now Im probably 215 lbs. So, maybe 15% bf -- I'm just guessing. I never had it measured before. I just go by the mirror -- "cut" -- "smooth" -- or "fat". IMO, I am "fat." But, like I said, I don't look like a fat person in clothes. I'm talking by our (bb'ing) standards. Thanks for your input.
 
Well before I ever started training, I weighed 235 at 6'2''. Unfortunately, I went on a serious diet, and went all the way down to 150 in 6 months. Now I am bulking again, I am 165 and anxiously awaiting my 1st cycle.

Anyways, I think you should establish what you want to look like. It already sounds like you're pretty muscular, now if you could keep that and become lean then maybe that would be good.

But if you are like the rest of us, and you will never get big enough, then bulk away. Eat like a madman the first few weeks. Bulk first, cut last. The Fina would be great at the end of the cycle if you stack it with another fat burner, maybe some Clen. Right now I am beginning my first cycle, it is pretty similar to this one. I am taking Sust 250 at first with anti-Es (eating about 6k a day), finishing with Fina, clen, (eating to lose weight and preserve muscle)and completing everything with HCG and clomid. Hope this helps.

personally, I would get in shape first while using the fina. Mentally, I will help you stay more aggressive and dedicated to your dieting and working out.
