I was at 215lbs before Thanksgiving. I have not been doing any cardio like I used to in the warmer weather swimming a mile each day at the beach. I am up 9 pounds and it is very evident. It is not fat, but more like extra water in the muscle. My lifts have gone up considerably. I was able to hit 335 on the bench for 6 reps today. I had been stuck at 4 reps for about 6 months.
I am going to have to re-evaluate my upcoming cycle. I was originally trying to hit 235lbs on my first cycle. Now I may be shooting to try to hit 242-245lbs.
