I enjoyed watching it in the theatre. My wife and I were kinda shocked/surprised by that scene with Ludacris when he tried to get his recorded. It definitely was not your typical fairy tale ending.

what serprises me is ludacris takeing all these parts were he is geting his ass kicked.lol by the sam guy to.got his ass kicked by the same guy in that moive crash to.

You really have to get into the theme of the story line - it's "deep" and the acting is amazing.

That's true! Dude beats his ass in two different movies, gotta love that. I liked Hustle and Flow because I think it is probably a somewhat accurate depiction of what it is really like.
