Well today I am walking like I spent one too many days in prison. My worked my legs hard for the first time in a while yestersay. I did squats, leg press, weighted lunges, hamstring curls, leg extensions and calf raises all yesterday. I feel good knowing I worked them hard but I also can hardly walk.

What can I say? It hurts sooooo good!
