What's the secret to getting to 285lbs? I'm 5'8', weigh 235 and not to brag but I do get stared at. But I'm not happy. I want to be 285! I go on a cycle, I go off, I go on a cycle I go off. My weight is like a yo-yo. Up and down, up and down , each time I go off I weigh a little more than the last time but it's not happening fast enough.
