Yes I get everything online, I like it better then any cutting method I have ever tried, Unless you are cutting for a show and then it has to be modified because you will hold some water from the Yo hci and the usnic acid. There is a site called www.usnicacid.com I can post that one because usnic is legal and its all he sells, and there is also a chinesse source that carries it. You will have to find the info on that yourself though.- Superfrk

you said CLen for 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off thats correct but never heard to do it 2 days on and 2 days off i see peopel sayign to take it streight for the whole 2 weeks but half life is long so i wouldn't doubt 2 days on and 2 days off for 2 weeks iss a good idea due to half life
 
I know a few people that recommend running clen 2 days on and two off, but most people go two weeks on and then off as the half life is longer than people seem to think. why go off before your receptors get burned out?
 
soory its taking me so long to reply... first off they are the 2 mg tabs that are pinkish from tokoyo. THe reason why im taking so little cause i was afraid everyone noticing changes in me. Next...i read that one tab one day and then two the next will shock your body and keep wini substance at an even level. They are hard on anyones liver so that is why im careful. Third...my diet is very well i usually take about 150 to 200 grams of protein a day and that is a bitch.. i keep my carbs low and don't eat any carbs past 700 and and no food at all past 800 unless i train then i have a salad.. i eat about three to six meals a day whenever i have a chance. I weigh about 230 and drink a gallon a water a day and i do cardio all day. THe person who said take shit now ask questions later is the biggest moran cause anyone who does not research their shit should be shot in the head. this hsit is dangerous that is why i asked about it. Sorry for the long post this should answer the questions asked about me... any other advice anyone could give me.
 
like others said, eating clean and cardio is a must..i used to think winny would make me loose fat...it does nothing of that...it is a helpful anobolic to help you keep muslce and build lean muslce while cutting, but your gut won't disapper untill you keep cardio and eating clean constant, or go on low carb diet and stick with it..i have been on winny for 8 weeks now and only lost a little bit of fat cause i haven't kept cardio constant and my diet hasn't been good...after 3 years of trying, i've come ot the conclusion that drugs help, but will not eliminate your fat unless you put in the extra effort....it just aids, nothign more..of course unless you take dnp

my cardio has been very consistnet i do the stair master everday for about 30 mins and liek i said i eat low carbs on i have one cheat day. I think if i keep this up i will be well on my way....here is another question do you think i should mix clen and winni together.
