I want a Nice Butt!!

If you want exercises that target your butt, go and ask needize what he does. I think he must have this routine very well sorted.
 
Sled dragging

Sled dragging is walking with a weighted sled attached to you with a rope. So you walk with the weight dragging behind you. It works I feel better than anything for your calves all the way up through your lower back. Makes your butt a lot better too.
 
these exercises help...

Lunges (stationary and smith machine)
Standing or cable kickbacks
Raised Leg Curls
Bent Kick Crosses
Single Leg Pelvic Lift
Rear Leg Scissors
 
wide-stance toes out squats. Please post pic when your butt is nice ;)

Ass to the floor-balls to the walls squats. These will make your ass HUGE.
