I want a fish taco

There was an article in some magazine I can't remember which, that explained how amazing these things are, but you can only get them in Cali/Mexico(I guess they're the only places that know how to make them well. I was thinking of buying a broiler myself or whatever is needed and making them at home. They sound so good.
