Left to its own devices, the kitten would quickly fill its vessel with its own urine and feces, leading to certain sickness and death, not to mention the inevitably unpleasant appearance and odor. The best solution is to seal the kitten's anus with Super Glue prior to insertion, and then insert a waste tube through a third hole in the vessel. As the kitten's body is still developing, a natural rectal diverticulum will soon form around the tube, which can be drained in any convenient fashion. It's just like a kitty colostomy bag!

At only a few weeks of age, a kitten's bones have not yet hardened and become osseous. They are extremely soft and springy. In fact, if you take a week-old kitten and throw it to the floor, it will actually bounce! We do not recommend that you try this at home. The kitten may bounce under the furniture and be difficult to retrieve, as well as covered in unsightly household dust.

clyde was not on the list. i apologize. ill make him my avatar if that will make it up to you?

Nah, that would just be confusing, since I use the Clyde avatar myself on just about every other board on the net. Then I'd be forced to put up mulletars everywhere.

so wrong......

What's the point?

Apaprently, people will put kittens inside bottles different shapes, as the cat grows, its body and bones will grow into the shape of the bottle.

i dont know what's better, but if u dislike cats and animals in general im sure its very funny, if u like animals or cats u probably aren't too fnod of that site :) i personally am the former but i understand its sick and twisted........ it jsut doesn't bother me.

It live but it has to be fed through a tube and you have to install a colostomy bag. Its alive, but it is just there, like vegetable.

BTW
I am also not a fan of this, just one of those weird things that I somehow became aware of

even after you take it out?

dude, youre crazy. it doestn even say that on the site.

1. how are you going to take it out of the bottle?

2. Their contorted bone structure could not hold itself up outside of the bottle

3. They are confined to the feeding tube and colostomy bag

you break the bottle.

their bones have ossified (if thats the right term) by then

you can have a colo bag and feeding tube outside. :p

i dontk now ,i really wish i could see a pic of the end stage of this mess.

There used to be a lot of pics on the net, btu it seems at poeple have complained abotu this alot and its hard to find anything (besides the actual site). About 2 years ago, I saw a few pics of the end product, they still lived in the bottle.

thats kind of depressing.

will you make up an alternate ending for me?

". At Bonsai Kitten, we achieve this by placing the kitten into a rigid vessel soon after birth, and allowing the young cat to grow out its formative time entirely within this container. The kitten essentially grows into the shape of the vessel! Once the cat is fully developed, it is removed (or the vessel broken to remove it!), producing the lovable, furry pet you've always wanted, but it remains in the shape you've always dreamed of! There is virtually no limit to the eventual shape of your pet.

Practical Considerations"

OK, these are the regular square shaped ones, but the "twisty" ones, which are the ones I am talking about seeing the pics, can't live outside bottle
