I trained legs so hard Monday night

They needed to hose down the Smith Machine when I finished my sets. I scorched that thing pretty bad.

I did the last rep, set the bar on the latches, stepped back and went "Whoooo!!!" and three women in the gym simultaneously orgasmed.

yep, I see that all the time, I'd like to go there and ask "say, are those leg presses or calf presses, bitch?"

absolute minimum is 90° flexion, ass to calf should be the goal, but in some machines it's very hard to get that low, if not impossible because of the design of the machine

hell yeah. only time I use free weights is when I grab dumbells and do step-ups.

pretty sure he got the joke, he was ripping on you back, he basically said that if that is what girls do when you squat is vomit then you have issues, damn it takes the funniest away when i have to walk you through it :p

what are your stats?


I squat about every other workout. Alternating with smith machine (higher reps) and barbell front squats (8-10 reps).

Right now I am a bit over 250, and my vascularity is slightly blurred because I don't care what they say about adex or aromasin, when you are on 1 gram test weekly you are still going to have a bit of bloat. Not enough to look fat, but enough to make my arms, chest and legs look a bit "out of focus" than normal.

Damn, and here, when I trained mine, only two women orgasmed... but you had three... you da man. Man. ;-)
