There's like 5 threads just on page 1 of C+C about how drunk you currently are or going to be. Jeez, this is bodybuilding board. I thought everyone cared about diet but seems like more people are eating carribean style chicken wings and drinking bitch beer than protein shakes and brown rice. I'm not saying you guys shouldn't drink, I'm certainly not the preachy kind but it legitimately surprised me that when the weekend rolls around all hell breaks loose. At least drink for me :D

Yeah, I eat fatfree CC every day too. Just bought 5 tubs today.

I eat 225g's of fat free cottage cheese, with ANPB and oatbran or flax seed meal and oatbran, every morning Mon-Fri. So suck my cottage dick!

Drinking alters your body too. It makes you fat.

I'm not going to argue about semantics. I created this thread because this is fitness site and all the threads were about getting drunk. That seemed hypocritical to me.
Anywho, I was being facetious the whole time.

it's meal two, at work. I love it.

Meal 1 is protein powder, raw oatbran and flax seed meal in a shaker, add water and drink.
 
I just didn't dig flax oil or udos, so I use flax seed meal now, it's better on the pallet, much cheaper too.
 
I'd use some whole fat cottage cheese.

you pussies could use the calories. Also it will slow the digestion which is a good thing.
 
i dont get into all that whey, flax, shit. i dont even use any kind of protein supplement. im so fucking lazy thats why. and i prefer to EAT as opposed to DRINK. so i stick with my cottage cheese. lumberg has this 50# bag of plain protein powder but i need to get myself some vanilla or choc flavor. i can tolerate mixing that into my oatmeal or something. but protein shakes? no thanks

why am i so jacked? i eat mostly carbs

But C&C is the forum for all the cool people who can eat/drink whatever they want and not care.

And cottage cheese isn't that bad. I eat a few spoonfuls before bed every night. Good protein.
 
Any food or beverage (alcoholic or not) is ok to consume in moderation. I drink occasionally, and eat what I want when I want and still maintain low bodyfat levels. I don't really care much for junk food though.
