How much EQ????? The Sustanon is too low. If you run Sustanon, you have to shoot it at the very least E3D to take advantage of the short esters. #00mg a week is no a lot. Why not shoot 250mg EOD or E3D??

Sust 300 1-10 weeks 300mg on Monday and 300mg on Thursday 600mg A week for 10 weeks

EQ 200mg for 12 weeks 200mg on Monday and 200mg on Thursday 400mg a week

Prov. 25mg every day till the end of the cycle to stop water re. and keep gyno in check.......................

You look pretty big, I think you'll need bigger doses. I would also replace the eq w/tren if you wanna get really cut up.

I would do:
1-12: 750 mgs sust
1-12: 5-600 mgs eq
1-12: clen (2 wks on, 2 off)
1-12: proviron or adex

or

1-10: 750 mgs sust
1-10: 75 mgs tren ace e.d.
1-10: proviron or adex
