LOL prove to me that eod is more effective too. I never said once a week was more effective. Keeping blood levels more constant happens anyway with sus because of the longer acting esters. Who gives a fuck about the prop in it. Some do but I don't. It makes no difference to me to keep blood levels of that particular ester constant. Bro you start a thread the way you did and expect shit in return. Now, had you said something like "The proper way to use sus" then there would be no problem. Ehhh you newbies are so funny.

I am doing a 500mg/wk sust. 400mg/deca 40mg/dbol cycle right now and having good gains. I don't need prop or ethan to bloat the hell out of me when I can get good gains and less bloat from sust. I am going to end the last 6 weeks of my cycle with 500mg sust./wk 50mg winny/day and 100mg of fina/day and I bet I am bigger then your ass when I'm done.
