lol @ the common thought of lets get rich in real estate.
you need to do alot more than reading. you need to learn from people who do it right. on top of that you need business capital.

takes alot of business knowledge and understanding of all the aspects of real estate/mortgages, market trends and area growth to really understand how to invest.

as shitty as the market is now, it's a PERFECT time to scoop up properties on the cheap, especially distressed one and make money.

but....

you also need $$$ to make $$$. bottom line
