Not really, but maybe. I am tired all the time lately and muscles are weak. Seem to be gettng weaker at just about every workout.
I haven't really changed much either. Diet hasn't been great, but it's been that way for a while now. Also been pretty stressed lately. Only other thing different is I do 10 mins cardio warm up before workout and have been cycling more. The warm up is pretty low intensity and cycling is on non workout days.
Any thoughts?
