It sounds like you hit a nerve, you need to go to a site that shows where to inject if this is your first time.

there is a nerve in you glute and if you hit it...it will temporarily paralyze you,, i dont think you hit it but becareful next time, if it is your first time doing these injects maybe you should ask for help until you get the hang of it or if you cant get help just draw a plus sign on yer arse and the site you inject in is the upper outer quadrant of your glute

Draw a cross on one of ass cheeks and injected in the upper outer region and you should be fine. Obviously if it hurts you need to move to the other side.

This sounds a little like the sciatic nerve, but if it is, you have only nicked it, if you hit it you would certainly know. Be careful, it runs down the midline of each glute (approximately) for most people.

I dont know how long you have been doing steroids but maybe you should check out 2 thicks web site to make sure your not shooting in the wrong spot ...

Put your thumb on the crest of your hip bone and rotate your hand backwards while pointing your pointer finger. The end of your finger should give you the approximate area to shoot.
