I was going to run this
12 weeks
400 mg week t400
300 mg week deca
Week 1-4 anadrol 50 mg day
Week 4-12 winny 50 mg day

Pct clomid 75/50/50/30
Nolva 40/20/20/20

I also have 30 tabs of 2.5mg letro and
30 tabs of 1mg arimidex

Should I use letro or arimidex durning cycle or wait till gyno shows also I did not order
enough nolva that why I split that way I have 30 tabs at 20mg's
what u guys thing am I g2g my goals are to put lean mass on

Time to go back to the drawing board bro. You're cycle and pct are all wrong. No HCG?? Deca on first cycle is a no no. You mention nothing about prolactin control. I wouldn't do oral winny for 8 weeks either, its too toxic. Letro is too strong for estro control. You'll kill your estrogen completely and lose all energy, libido, gains, and dry your joints out. Exemestane at 12.5mg EOD is fine. Just run test alone for the first cycle. Ditch the nolva in pct and replace with forma stanzol. Have nothing mentioned here as far as test boosters or liver protection for on cycle or pct. check out mr supps pct section.

For a first cycle it is best to go with the Test e by itself. This way, if you have sides, you will know what they are coming from. Deca is not a good choice for early cycles either. The orals are in the reverse order of the way I usually see them laid out, but I would recommend holding on to those as well for the time being. You can run the test at 500 split in 2, and it will be a great first cycle. Yes on the Arimidex at, I'm used to the liquid form, 12.5mg EOD; you can do the math.

And now for the "Your PCT is crap" part. Here is a good PCT;

okay run t400 twice a week say Sunday thurs at 500 mg that would be 1000mg a week seems a bit high can I just run 500 mg every 5th day and hcg is a must -- this sucks I thought I was all set dam now got to wait weeks again to get started thanks guys should of asked first or read more

Really glad you did the double check.. drol, deca, and test for a 1st cycle is a bit advanced.. the guys above already said everything that needs to be said.. I just hope you listen because that cycle with that pct will leave some nasty side effects

No. Buddha meant split 500 In two. 250mg twice a week. Lol. And bonocris just reminded me, you shouldn't run nolva bc its crap but you especially shouldn't run with a 19nor like deca

Sorry for the misunderstanding Bro. Like you worked out, 500mg split into 2 shots. So that's 250mg Monday morning, and 250mg Thursday evening. You can get 5000iu of HCG, it comes dry so you will have to mix it with bach water and keep it in the frige. You could also include HCGenerate if you like. So it looks like;

1-12 Test e 500mg
7-10 HCGenerate
10-14 HCG 1250iu (split in 2 shots)

And then into your PCT.
